In 12 months: four licenses. One purpose. A new standard.

In 12 months: four licenses. One purpose. A new standard.

On September 26, Roxom Global reached a new milestone: the acquisition of its fourth license, the Securities Dealer License in Seychelles, issued by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). In less than a year, the group has built a robust regulatory framework across multiple jurisdictions (including PSAD and PSB licenses in El Salvador) positioning itself among the fastest-growing regulated companies in the modern financial landscape.

In just twelve months, Roxom has evolved from a vision into a real, secure, and regulated ecosystem capable of bridging the world of securities and digital assets within a single institutional structure. Every approval, every inspection passed, and every license obtained is part of a precisely designed strategy: to prove that the future of global markets is built on clear rules, strong technology, and conviction.

Roxom Securities Seychelles joins a select group of international entities (such as eToro) operating under the FSA framework, a global symbol of trust and high standards. Meanwhile, El Salvador (now home to Tether and other leading players in the ecosystem) has emerged as a regulatory hub of reference. According to Coincub’s Crypto Asset Risk Report 2025, only 16% of license applications receive approval. Roxom is among them.

But licenses are not the goal, they are the result. Behind each one lies a solid structure, an experienced team, and a vision that puts security and compliance at the core of every decision.

The group relies on Fireblocks, an institutional-grade MPC infrastructure that protects client assets through advanced encryption and granular control. This framework is complemented by TRM Labs, a global leader in blockchain intelligence capable of monitoring, tracing, and preventing risks in real time, and by Sumsub, a KYC platform that ensures the authenticity and identity verification of users across all jurisdictions. These tools are not accessories, they are the technological foundation that upholds the Roxom standard everywhere we operate.

Because the first capital market denominated in Bitcoin cannot be built on promises; it must be built on compliance, transparency, and resilience. Each license represents more than authorization. It is a statement: that financial innovation and regulatory integrity can coexist.

Because innovation without compliance doesn’t build the future.
